Are you tired of being tired?
Fatigue, depression, anxiety, easy to irritate, dizziness, loss of sleep, fuzzy thinking, increased PMS symptoms, allergies, light headed when going from sitting to standing, difficulty getting up in the morning…
Does this describe you? If so, you could be suffering from adrenal fatigue/exhaustion. Our crazy, go-go-go lifestyles are causing our hormonal systems to get out of balance and for many of us it is the starting cause of many serious health problems.
We are pleased to announce that on Saturday, Septemenber 18th that Dr. Wendy Schauer, D.C., R.K.C., will be covering the causes of adrenal fatigue and what you can do to help yourself. We will also be having as a special guest, Brook Elliott, nutritional counselor, who will give you quick and healthy food ideas along with samples of the food.
ADRENAL CLASS:
WHEN: September 18th at 10:00 am until 1:00 pm
COST: $30.00 per person (includes handouts and food samples)
RSVP: To the front desk or call 360-705-1116 to reserve your spot.

I would love to hear more about adrenal fatigue. I like this new blog for your health center.

Sounds like a great idea and I’m so glad Wendy et al are thinking of helping their clients and friends with this.
Have you ever thought of recording (audio/video) these days and making them available for those who are too distant to attend in person?

Are you making Social Media WORK for you?
Those symptoms do sound a bit like ones we recognise, but in our case, we’re constantly tired mainly because we offer our customers 24 x 7 support, which means we do get phone calls at all hours of the day and night as we try to save their sick pets from Canine Parvo.
Still, if there are any tips that arise from this class, we’d love to hear about them.
Thanks,
Rae & Mark

I agree that adrenal fatique is something so many people suffer from but they have no idea. Lack of sleep and dependence on stimulants doesn’t help.
Your workshop sounds great.

Yes, I’m tired of being tired. Wish I was in WA or you videotaped this event.
This sounds like an interesting class. I’m assuming drinking more Red Bull isn’t going to be one of the approved alternatives to being tired? That’s my personal favorite.
Yes I was tired of being tired. I found this shoebox looking thing called a cpap and have been getting good sleep ever since.

Adrenal fatigue seems to describe me right now! I have to juggle very long hours at work, I am taking on this internet marketing project, where my learning curve is greater and longer than most, and there is no other option but to bare the work load. I am looking forward to tips on energy boosting foods.

So many of us today are living with the symptoms you described at the outset of this article. I suspect that Adrenal Fatigue may be at the root of much of this.

I like this new format. Hopefully you will post the points online after the class for those of us who do not live in the area.
Thanks Dr Wendy!
